SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM LUNICE HEALTH & BEAUTY SPA IS AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH APPLY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING/PURCHASE

1. Reservations for 2 or more clients will only be taken with cash payment or with a valid gift voucher number being provided
2. When rescheduling or cancelling reserved appointments, we require 48 hours’ notice as our Therapists are scheduled specially for you. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged after the required time and 100% after 3 months.
3. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue for treatments and products. They are subject to treatment/product availability. Cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time or failure to attend will result in your gift voucher being cancelled.
4. All treatments are payable in full before departure.
5. We accept cash and bank guaranteed cheques.
6. All our prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without notice.
